SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. (1 lg. can) mashed yams (6 to 8 potatoes)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a greased pan. Mix brown sugar, chopped pecans, flour and 1/3 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over top of the potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
