SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. cooked yams
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Mash potatoes. Add sugar gradually. Then add eggs and milk. Pour into 2 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

Mix 1 cup brown sugar to 2 tablespoons plain flour. Stir up and spread over yam mixture. Spread 1/2 to 3/4 cup of chopped pecans on top of that and pour 6 tablespoons melted butter over pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Freezes well in square.
