SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes/yams
1/4 c. softened butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten with fork

Blend all in mixer and put in 9x9 inch buttered casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 stick butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
