CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. rice (not instant) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. water 1 larger frying chicken, cut up Put rice, salt and 1 cup water into large casserole or baking pan. Lay chicken pieces over rice. Mix soups with 1 cup water and pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup over all. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. |
