BUFFET CASSEROLE 
1 c. minute rice with 1 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton's chicken noodle soup mix
4 c. water
1 lb. bulk sausage
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Prepare soup mix and cook 5 minutes. Drain; save broth. Prepare minute rice as directed on package. Brown sausage; drain. Brown onions and celery in oil. Combine noodles, rice, sausage, vegetables with 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of celery, and 1 can chicken broth. Place in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with chopped almonds or crushed potato chips (optional).
