BUFFET POTATOES 
2 lb. has brown potatoes (frozen)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Thaw hash browns. Mix potatoes, butter, onion, soup, and sour cream. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Just before removing from oven, add grated cheese.
