BUFFET POTATOES 
Mix together:

2 lbs. frozen hash browns (O'Brien works well)
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
10 oz. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped chives
1/2 c. melted butter

Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well.
