SAUSAGE-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 c. rice, uncooked
2 pkgs. Lipton dry chicken noodle soup
1 chicken bouillon cube
Slivered almonds, if desired

Cook sausage until brown and crumbly. Drain and set aside. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in a little sausage grease. Cook rice by direction, adding bouillon cube. Cook soup in 3 cups water. Mix all ingredients, except almonds, and put in casserole. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be prepared ahead, and refrigerated. Serves 8 to 10.
