VEGETABLES NORTH BEACH 
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 sm. zucchini, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian green beans, thawed & drained & dried in towels
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. beef or chicken broth
1/8 c. port wine
1 tsp. oregano
1 med. red onion, sliced
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced in half & drained 1/2 hour
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat a wok or skillet and add oil. Add zucchini and beans. Toss in oil for 5 minutes. Mix together the tomato paste, stock and port. Add to wok along with oregano, onion and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste and cover the pan. Cook for 3 more minutes and serve. Serves 5 to 6.
