SCOTCH SHORT BREAD 
1 c. rice flour
1 c., 1 oz. sugar
4 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 lb. real butter

Kneed ingredients by hand and place in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Take out and pierce top all over with a fork while hot, and cut.
