AUNT MARY'S BONELESS CHICKEN
BREASTS
 
Use 12 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

SAUCE:

1 can creamed chicken or creamed chicken mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4-1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Roll chicken in cracker crumbs and bake in a greased roaster, about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees (breasts should be brown but not crisp). Mix ingredients for sauce. When chicken is done, spread the sauce over the chicken and top with 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese. Bake 10-20 minutes until cheese is melted in a slow oven. Serve immediately.
