VEGGIE SALAD 
Cauliflower
Green peppers
Carrots
Olives
Celery
Pimento
3/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Cut the vegetables (in any desired quantity) into chunks. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring often. Simmer 5 minutes. Cool completely in liquid, drain well and chill.
