1 bunch broccoli, chopped fine
1 head cauliflower, chopped fine
6 carrots, peeled & coined
1 bunch (6-8) green onion, chopped
1 can Smokehouse Almonds, slightly chopped

Mix all the above together with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. A light coating of mayonnaise tastes best.
