HEARTY BEAN SALAD 
1 2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
Onion, amount wanted
Celery, amount wanted
1 can bean sprouts
1 can green beans
1 can yellow beans
1 can Northern beans
1 can red beans
1 can lima beans
1 can garbanzos
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Drain beans and water chestnuts. Wash red beans. Combine vinegar, oil, salt and sugar. Mix well and pour over drained vegetables. Chop onion and celery and add. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. This is one of these handy recipes you can alter as desired. Couple cans of one beans and leave out one not as well liked. Same with onion and celery. This keeps for a long time.
