FRESH VEGGIE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 sweet onion, separated into rings
1 box cherry tomatoes
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can pitted ripe olives
2 envelopes Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix

Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mix salad dressing until creamy, according to instructions. Add dressing to vegetables; toss well. Marinate overnight. Lettuce or spinach, mushrooms or avocado may be added before serving. Toss before serving. Serves 12 to 14.
