FRESH BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. purple onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Wash and cut vegetables into bite-size pieces. Combine with bacon, raisins and onions. In another bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix well. Pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours. Toss and serve.
