SISI'S AMAZING CAULIFLOWER 
Enjoy this great side dish!

1 cauliflower head
2 pinches salt
juice from half a lemon
chopped fresh parsley
4 tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
4 cloves garlic
bay leaf
1/2 to 1 tbsp. paprika (you can add more or less)
a little water
vegetable oil, for frying

Cook the cauliflower until it is still a little crunchy, sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.

In a saucepan add tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, bay leaf, paprika and water. If you want to fry the garlic you can. Beat the eggs and add a little salt and the parsley.

Coat each piece of cauliflower with egg and fry. Strain in paper towel and then put in a baking dish, cover with sauce and bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.
