PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sliced pumpkin
1 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins

Combine sugar, spice, salt with beaten eggs and melted butter. Blend carefully. Add pumpkin and milk. Mix thoroughly. Add coconut and raisins. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes in hot oven 450 degrees then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake about 40 minutes or until filling is firm.
