CHOCO CHEESE CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Pinch salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
6 tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese. Add sugar, egg, salt, chocolate chips; set aside. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, butter and vanilla, beat until blended. Line muffin tins with baking cups. Fill 1/3 full with chocolate batter; place heaping tablespoons cheese mixture on top of chocolate batter. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 16 to 18 cupcakes.
