1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, prepare as directed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 sm. egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Fill paper cups in muffin tins 3/4 full with cake mixture with chocolate chips added. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

While baking mix cream cheese, egg, salt and vanilla. Take cakes out of oven and add 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture to each cupcake. Return to oven. Bake for another 20 minutes. Makes 30 cupcakes.
