ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE | |
5 potatoes 2 onions 2 c. asparagus (canned or fresh), uncooked 4 slices cheese 1/4 c. butter Salt and pepper Slice potatoes and put in baking dish. Dice onion and put them on potatoes. Place asparagus on top of onions. Dot with butter; season. Cover tightly and cook at least 45 minutes in 325 degree oven or until potatoes are done. Lay cheese on top and melt before serving. |
