TUNA AND CHEESE MELT 
4 slices of cheese
1 can of tuna (6 1/2 oz.)
4 slices of bread, serve open face

Prepare your favorite tuna salad style. I use relish or pickles.

1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped tomatoes

Blend together the ingredients add more mayonnaise if you like. Spread on your favorite slice of bread and top with your favorite slice of cheese. Place in oven and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or grill on the top of the stove. Serve immediately.
