EGGS LORRAINE 
12 eggs
1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
2/3 c. cream or evaporated milk
2 c. grated cheese

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 1 cup cheese over butter, then add lightly beaten eggs. Pour cream over eggs, add salt and pepper (to taste). Sprinkle meat and cheese over eggs. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made the night before and kept in refrigerator to bake later. If this is done increase baking time.
