BONNYMILL BAKED EGGS 
16 eggs
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. diced ham or cooked, crumbled sausage
1 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs in large bowl; add remaining ingredients. Beat well; pour into an oiled 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until mixture is set and top is golden, about 45 minutes. Yield 10 to 12 servings.
