PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. shortening
2 lg. cans pizza sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and onion in shortening. Add sauce and seasonings. Drain cooked macaroni. Beat egg and milk. Add to macaroni; spread macaroni mixture in shallow 9x13 inch dish. Cover with meat mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and then slice.
