CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh, cooked) or 2 cans asparagus
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can chicken (celery or mushroom) soup
2 c. sliced chicken, diced bite size
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Grease baking dish; cook broccoli. Blend mayonnaise and lemon juice with soup. Arrange in dish; alternate layers of broccoli and chicken, broccoli on bottom and top. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
