RUNZA 
1/2 head cabbage
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Shred cabbage. Chop onion, brown meat in skillet. Add to cabbage and onion. Simmer until tender.

RUNZA DOUGH:

2 eggs, beaten
2 c. water or milk
1/2 c. melted shortening
1 pkg. yeast
Salt
6-8 c. flour

Mix together. Let rise until double. roll tennis ball size dough thin, 1/8 inch thick. Put cabbage mixture and cheese on and fold together, seam side down. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Brush with butter when removed from oven.
