1 (3 lb.) chicken
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Green onions to taste
1 sm. pkg. taco flavored Doritos
1/2 can Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken. Remove meat from bone and chop up. Add chopped green onions and Velveeta. Crush a small package taco flavored Doritos and pour 1/2 over mixture. Add 1/2 can Rotel, mushrooms and chicken soups. Mix all together. Sprinkle top with garlic salt or powder and cayenne pepper. Top with remaining Doritos. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly.
