ROTEL CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cooked until tender

Cut meat off bones into bite-size pieces.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can chicken broth
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. bag Dorito corn chips, partially crushed
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese

Mix and heat to simmering the soups, tomatoes with chilies, broth and onion. Sprinkle layer of crushed chips in greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Add 1/2 of the chicken pieces; cover with layer of soup mixture. Repeat, ending with chips and finally cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 45 minutes.
