1 (11 oz.) can white whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 med. purple onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. commercial fat free Italian salad dressing

Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Fat free mayonnaise may be substituted for Italian dressing.
