FIESTA CORN SALAD 
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel yellow corn
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can white corn
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
2 c. chopped peeled cucumber
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. each chopped green and red pepper
4 chopped green onions
1 c. bottled Italian salad dressing

Drain corn; combine all ingredients. Chill for several hours - the longer, the better). Best if made a day or two ahead.
