VEGGIE PASTA 
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
2 med. zucchini, sliced
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
Garlic powder
Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, chopped
Sweet basil
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti. In skillet in oil, cook zucchini and onion until halfway done. Add tomatoes and spices. Top spaghetti with veggie mixture. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Microwave to melt. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
