SZECHUAN PORK AND PASTA 
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, halved lengthwise, 1/4-inch thick slices
3 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
4 oz angel hair pasta, broken in half
1 tsp canola oil
3 cups fresh stir-fry veggies
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tsp dark sesame oil

Toss pork, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper in medium bowl. Cook pasta as directed, drain. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot. Add veggies, cook, stirring for 3 minutes. Add pork mix, cook and stir for 3 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink.

Add broth and teriyaki sauce, cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add pasta, cilantro and sesame oil.

Serve.
