CALIFORNIA PASTA BLEND | |
2 cups of cooked any type leftover pasta noodles 1 bag Birds-eye California Blend Veg., cooked in microwave 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. butter/margarine 1 tsp. chopped garlic 1 can mushrooms (or 8oz. fresh mushrooms) 1 lb. cooked cubed chicken, beef or pork Melt butter in skillet with garlic. Add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Add pasta, vegetables and chicken. Add soy sauce (may use more or less, to taste). Heat until all flavors are blended and ingredients are hot. Serve with French bread or Italian bread. Great dish to use up leftovers. Submitted by: Mary Thall |
