“TEX-MEX MEDLEY” IS IN:

TEX-MEX MEDLEY 
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. lime zest
1 (15.5 oz can) black beans, rinsed, drained
1 (11 oz can) corn, drained
1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
1 jalapeno pepper, minced

In small bowl, mix salsa, cilantro, lime juice, garlic and zest. In large bowl, add black beans, corn, diced peppers, and jalapeno pepper. Drizzle with dressing.
