2 eggs
1 lb. of hot sausage
1 c. bread crumbs
1 jar of cheese spread (hot or mild)

Brown the sausage and drain off excess oil. Mix sausage, eggs, bread crumbs and cheese together. Spoon out mixture and shape into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
