EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1-2 lbs. thin top round steak (or similar cut)
1 lg. onion
4 tbsp. butter
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 bag egg noodles

Chop onions and saute in butter. Cut beef into strips and add to onion. Simmer 15 minutes or until beef is done. Mix soup and sour cream together and add beef mixture. Heat until warm. Serve over egg noodles.
