EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef pieces
1 med. onion
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Brown beef, onion, and mushrooms in butter. Save juice from mushrooms and add cream of mushroom soup. Add to browned ingredients. Add garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Simmer until beef is done. Stir in 8 ounce jar sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
