FOUR CHEESE BALL 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded natural Swiss cheese, room temperature
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded American cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Bottled hot pepper sauce to taste
1 1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

In small mixer bowl, beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise; beat in Swiss and American cheeses. Add pimento, Worcestershire, onion powder and hot pepper sauce. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into a ball. Combine potato chips and Parmesan; press over outside of ball. Chill until firm. Serve with crackers or apple wedges.
