FESTIVE CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lg. jalapeno cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic dissolved in 2 tsp. water
1 lb. pimento and cheese
4 to 5 drops Tabasco
1 c. chopped pecans

May use more or less garlic to taste.

Mix well. Cheeses should be at room temperature. Makes 3 balls or logs. Roll in chili powder. Freezes well.
