CHEESE BALLS 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
10 oz. grated extra sharp cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
7 buds garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. hot Texas Pete
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients, at room temperature, except half of nuts. Form into 3 or 4 balls. Roll in chopped nuts. Sprinkle with chili powder, if desired.
