HOLIDAY CHEESE BALLS 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 lb. Velveeta (jalapeno)
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of cayenne
Dash of salt

Let all cheese stand until room temperature. Combine and mix well. Add pimento, onion, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Mix well. Shape into balls. Roll in chopped pecans.
