HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
3 to 5 lbs. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 to 3 jars chipped beef
1 bunch green onions (chives)
2 tbsp. garlic salt or powder
1 tbsp. onion salt or powder
1 pkg. chopped pecans
Your favorite crackers

Use food processor; if you do not have food processor use mixing bowl and electric mixer. (Chop up chipped beef and green onions.)

In food processor or mixing bowl, add: cream cheese that is softened to room temperature and chipped beef, green onions, garlic seasoning, and onion seasoning; mix well. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Roll into a large ball. Roll into chopped pecans. Place on plate or platter. Serve with crackers of your choice.

NOTE: Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Great for parties.
