CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) jar process cheese spread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. bell pepper
1 tbsp. pimento
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Grate cheese at room temperature. Combine all ingredients except pecans, beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Chill 2 hours. Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers. Yield: one cheese ball.
