OLIVE CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
About 36 sm. pimento stuffed olives, drained

Mix cheese and flour; mix in butter. Work dough with hands. Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive. Shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Can be made ahead of time and frozen until needed. Do not bake before freezing. Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown; set hot.
