OLIVE - CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
50 med. stuffed green olives, drained
Dash of cayenne pepper

Cream butter and cheese. Blend in flour and cayenne pepper. Cover each olive with 1 teaspoon of dough mixture. Roll in palm of hand to make balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
