OLIVE-CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 1/4 c. plain flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 oz. (sm. jar) pimento-stuffed olives, drained

Mix cheese and flour, add butter and mix. Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive, shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet, cover and chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes. Makes 3-4 dozen.
