CHEESE AND OLIVE BALLS 
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. soft, butter
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
Green stuffed olives

Cream grated cheese and butter. Add flour. Place heaping tsp. of dough in palm of hand; imprint with thumb. Roll around one olive. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Can be frozen and used as needed.
