OLIVE CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
48 stuffed green olives, large size

Blend grated cheese and butter. Mix flour, salt and paprika. Mix with cheese, butter, knead into ball. Take off about scant teaspoon of dough and wrap around olive. Freeze olive balls on cookie sheet then in plastic bag. Will keep for months frozen as needed. Bake at 400 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.
