SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BALLS 
3 cups Bisquick
1 lb sausage (hot or mild)
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 10 oz stick Cheddar cheese grated

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Form balls.

Bake on ungreased sheet at 350°F for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

I add a little water to make the sausage nad cheese stick together better. Depending on what brand of sausage you use, will determine how tasty or bland they are. Investing in a better brand has always worked better for me.
